How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. Contact us via email or post:

You can use the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but it is not a requirement. A clear message via email is sufficient.

Returns — here's how to do it

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, the item must be returned to us within 14 days. Please note the following:

• The item must be in an unchanged condition and in its original packaging if possible
• Include your delivery note or order confirmation in the package
• You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost
• We recommend that you send the return with a trackable option

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the full value of the product (excluding original shipping) within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to await the return before making a refund, or for you to provide proof that the item has been shipped.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

• Personally engraved or customized jewelry (e.g., name jewelry, initial jewelry)
• Earrings — for hygienic reasons, in accordance with Swedish consumer law
• Products included in sales campaigns or special offers
• Gift cards
• Individual parts from a set (if the set was purchased as a whole)
• Sealed goods where the seal has been broken after delivery

Disputes and consumer guidance

In the event of a dispute that we cannot resolve jointly, you as a consumer have the right to contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at www.arn.se.
